Back to the Well
Rethinking the Future of Water
A return to the subject of Water fifteen years on. Marq argues that there is no single global water crisis, but many separate regional and river-basin problems of shortage and pollution, which makes them easier to solve, not harder.
The book also takes on the big arguments of the water world: who should own and manage water, whether privatisation helps, and whether access to water is a human right.
